A Forest Macro Dose is a deep, guided immersion into the natural world — a journey of presence, connection and expanded perception.

Upon request, you can join me into the forests here in Sicily (or wherever I travel), where we drop below ordinary awareness and enter the living intelligence of the land. Through meditation, sensory attunement, movement and subtle ritual, you begin to dissolve the boundary between yourself and the forest. The experience becomes a full-bodied remembering: becoming part of the landscape, part of the rhythm, part of the more-than-human world.
