1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern all services, courses, sessions and content provided by Human Nature by Junis Lampert.

By booking a service or using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Provided

​

Human Nature offers:

  • 1:1 sessions

  • Leadership & organizational accompaniment

  • Courses and workshops (including online aura courses)

  • Educational and reflective content

​

All services are non-medical, non-therapeutic and not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

​

3. Bookings & Payments

​

  • Bookings are confirmed once payment is received.

  • Payments are processed securely via third-party providers.

  • Prices may change at any time; confirmed bookings remain unaffected.

4. Cancellation Policy

​

For 1:1 sessions:

  • Cancellations more than 24 hours before the session: full refund or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours: full fee applies.

For courses and programs:

  • Refunds are available up to 14 days before the start date.

  • After the start of a course, no refunds are provided.

5. Participant Responsibility

​

By participating in any session or course, you acknowledge:

  • You take full responsibility for your physical, emotional and mental well-being.

  • You understand that the work is educational and experiential, not therapeutic.

  • You ensure a safe environment for online participation.

6. Intellectual Property

​

All content, materials, texts, videos and course frameworks remain the intellectual property of Human Nature by Junis Lampert. Reproduction, distribution or sharing without permission is prohibited.

7. Liability

​

Human Nature is not liable for:

  • Personal injuries occurring during self-guided practice

  • Decisions made based on courses or consultations

  • Technical issues beyond our control

Liability is limited to cases of proven gross negligence.

8. Governing Law

​

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the relevant Italian courts.
