These Terms & Conditions govern all services, courses, sessions and content provided by Human Nature by Junis Lampert.

By booking a service or using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Provided

Human Nature offers:

1:1 sessions
Leadership & organizational accompaniment
Courses and workshops (including online aura courses)
Educational and reflective content

All services are non-medical, non-therapeutic and not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

3. Bookings & Payments

Bookings are confirmed once payment is received.
Payments are processed securely via third-party providers.
Prices may change at any time; confirmed bookings remain unaffected.

4. Cancellation Policy

For 1:1 sessions:

Cancellations more than 24 hours before the session: full refund or rescheduling.
Cancellations within 24 hours: full fee applies.

For courses and programs:

Refunds are available up to 14 days before the start date.
After the start of a course, no refunds are provided.

5. Participant Responsibility

By participating in any session or course, you acknowledge:

You take full responsibility for your physical, emotional and mental well-being.
You understand that the work is educational and experiential, not therapeutic.
You ensure a safe environment for online participation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, texts, videos and course frameworks remain the intellectual property of Human Nature by Junis Lampert. Reproduction, distribution or sharing without permission is prohibited.

7. Liability

Human Nature is not liable for:

Personal injuries occurring during self-guided practice
Decisions made based on courses or consultations
Technical issues beyond our control

Liability is limited to cases of proven gross negligence.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the relevant Italian courts.
