Field Work
Aura Readings​ - 1:1
​
An Aura Reading is a direct meeting with the deeper layers of who you are and supports you in gaining clarity around mental, emotional and energetic patterns. It opens through a specific question of yours or through the openness to receive what wants to be seen and heard.
During the reading, I enter a light trance and tune into your energetic field, perceiving images, sensations, emotions, colors and subtle information. I translate what I receive into a drawing, focusing on what is most relevant for you at this moment. Because the process is visual and grounded, Aura Readings are an ideal entry point for anyone who is curious about energy or shamanic work but unsure where to begin.
The Reading can be guided by a current life question of yours or completely open. You don’t need prior experience or knowledge.

Aura & Energetic Mastery Course (Level 1 + 2)
​
This course opens a doorway into the language of energy and trance.
You will learn the essential practices to sense, ground, protect and care for your own field—your aura—while gently deepening your subtle awareness through guided meditative states.
​
Perception becomes tangible as we translate what we sense into drawings, journeys and encounters with medicine animals.
​
Offered in collaboration with the YUPA Shamanic Center, this course shares simple yet powerful techniques that can be integrated into everyday life.

MUTTERWUT (Mothers Rage)
​​
Mutterwut is a recurring online space for parents to explore anger in family life — without guilt, without shame and without the pressure to make it disappear.
Held in German, these two-hour sessions weave together theory, energetic awareness and shared experience to look honestly at what rage in parenthood actually means: where it comes from, what it carries and what it might be trying to create. No screaming exercises, no overwhelming techniques, just a gentle, grounded approach to making anger something we can sit with, understand, and integrate.
Sessions are independent of one another and can be joined on an ongoing basis. Max. 10 participants. Sliding scale: €55–80.

Leadership Partnership
As a Leadership Partner, I work alongside leaders, founders, and entrepreneurs as a reflective and sensing counterpart, creating space for complexity and big shifts.
​
I have been in global leadership rooms as well as in the raw, messy beginnings of building something new. I meet each challenge with perspectives that are both sharp and alive.
​
I support leaders at different stages in finding their own answers, directions, and decisions: for themselves, their teams, their businesses and their place in the world. The work draws on intuition, purpose, flow and inner authority, translating what you sense into what you envision and into what you choose and act upon.

The work is responding to what is alive rather than following a fixed agenda.

Earth Devotion
​Earth Ceremonies
​
I am holding earth-based ceremonies on our land in Sicily. The ceremonies are guided by gratitude, reflection, caretaking and the deep remembering of our relationship with the land and the cycles that shape us.
​
Moving through the seasons in ceremony offers a way to attune to what is present in each moment - within and without, above and below - while gently realigning with the rhythms of life we are part of, not separate from.
​

Earth Works
​There is always something to do on our land in Sicily - pruning, harvesting, soil work, building water systems and more. If you are interested in devoting yourself to the earth through physical work on the land, feel free to reach out to me. I am happily inviting people to work and learn with us from the land while receiving housing, food or other in return.
