I offer Talks & Dialogues as invited moments of reflection within leadership gatherings, conferences, and organizational learning spaces.

I speak from lived experience. I have sat in these rooms myself — inside boardrooms, leadership programs and high-pressure decision-making environments. I know the language, the pace and the unspoken expectations of success. I also know what it takes to carry high responsibility, ambition and performance.

Today, my life looks different. I live and work much closer to the body, to land and to long-term cycles of growth and care. This distance has not diminished my understanding of business  but it has broadened it. It allows me to see both the intelligence and the limitations of many assumptions we take for granted in organizational life: about productivity, leadership, resilience, and what it means to succeed.

In my talks and dialogues, I weave perspectives from inside and outside the boardroom. My own life becomes part of the storytelling — not as a personal narrative, but as a living reference point that helps open new ways of seeing. I invite collective reflection that is grounded, honest and immediately relevant.

These engagements are less about transmitting knowledge and more about widening horizons — creating a pause in which leaders and teams can reflect on how they create, lead and relate, and what might be possible beyond familiar frames.
